"La gestione dell'hotel è davvero un grande problema.
Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e abbiamo sbagliato il tipo di camera quando ci siamo trasferiti il primo giorno.Abbiamo dato il nostro letto matrimoniale.Ho dovuto trascinare il bagaglio per fare il togliermelo.L'affare del fine settimana era buono. Il giorno successivo, il custode della casa non è stato seguito, siamo tornati all'hotel alle quattro. Infine, quando torni a casa, trovi che l'hotel ”segreto” era stato rimosso dal mio mandato preliminare 135.44 dollari.
Ora, per favore, si prega di comunicare con Trip.com. Dicono che ”sono in contanti”, ma tutti sappiamo che i soldi sono preautorizzati e non saranno presenti sul conto bancario.Bene, dicono che alla fine rimborsano.Dio, è anche bello che io abbia cura di leggere attentamente il conto bancario, altrimenti è davvero un passaggio.

"Il hotel di transito ha una notte con tutte le strutture di base e un personale di servizio frontale molto cortese. Una colazione di base come waffle e tostapane, ma mi aspettavo questo, quindi non c'era delusione. In generale, un bel posto pulito per soggiornare per il transito o poche notti. "

UUtente anonimoC’era un colpo sul pavimento nella mia stanza che non era stato pulito prima di noleggiare la stanza. Non potevo spengere il fan nella stanza per un bottone rotto. Il letto si è precipitato così basso che non potevo dormire bene e mi è stato molto male la mattina. Il farmaco ******* stava correndo in tutto il territorio e in tutta la proprietà.
